This Privacy Policy describes how Silver Indigo LLC, doing business as Credit Cleared ("Company," "we," "us"), collects, uses, and protects your personal information when you use mycreditcleared.com and our services.

2. Information We Collect

When you purchase a service, we collect your name, email address, and payment information. Payment information is processed directly by our payment processor and is not stored on our servers.

When you upload your credit report to begin your analysis, we collect the full contents of that report, which may include the last four digits of your Social Security number, date of birth, current and previous addresses, account numbers, payment history, and other financial details exactly as they appear on your credit report. We do not receive or store your full Social Security number.

If you contact us directly, we collect whatever information you provide in that communication.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use your information to prepare your personalized credit analysis and roadmap, generate dispute and goodwill letters, deliver your purchased service by email, respond to your questions, and send you account related communications such as delivery confirmations.

We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. How We Share Your Information

We share your information with the following types of service providers, only as needed to deliver our services:

Email delivery

We use SendGrid to send your welcome email, roadmap, and other service related communications.

Payment processing

Your payment is handled directly by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Form and webhook services

We use Formspree to process certain intake and confirmation forms related to your service.

Hosting

Our application and your data are hosted on secured server infrastructure.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.

5. Data Security

Given the sensitivity of the information involved, we take reasonable measures to protect your data, including restricting access to your credit report and personal information to what is necessary to prepare your analysis. No method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your information for as long as necessary to deliver your service and to comply with legal and recordkeeping obligations. If you would like your information deleted after your service has been delivered, contact us at cliff@mycreditcleared.com and we will honor reasonable deletion requests, except where we are required to retain records by law.

7. Your Choices

You may contact us at any time to ask what information we hold about you, to correct inaccurate information, or to request deletion of your information, subject to our legal recordkeeping obligations.

8. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
