Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. Who We Are
Credit Cleared is a service of Silver Indigo LLC ("Company," "we," "us"), located in Bryn Mawr, Pennsylvania. We provide credit report analysis, dispute letter preparation, creditor negotiation guidance, and related credit education services ("Services") to consumers ("you," "Client").
2. Nature of Our Services
We are not a law firm, and nothing we provide constitutes legal advice. We do not guarantee removal of any specific item from your credit report, a specific credit score increase, or any particular outcome. Credit reporting agencies and creditors are legally required to investigate disputes and correct verified inaccuracies, a right you hold and can exercise yourself, at no cost, without our services.
3. Your Rights Under the Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)
Federal law requires we disclose the following to you before you sign any agreement or pay any fee:
- You have the right to cancel your contract with us for any reason within 3 business days from the date you sign it, without penalty. (See Section 6 for how to exercise this right.)
- You have the right to dispute inaccurate information on your credit report yourself, for free, directly with the credit bureaus and creditors, without paying anyone.
- A credit repair organization may not charge or collect any fee until the promised services have been fully performed. Our fee covers the personalized credit roadmap, which is a fixed-scope deliverable provided within 48 hours of your report upload. We consider that deliverable the completed service for billing purposes.
- We cannot make any statement that is untrue or misleading regarding your credit report or creditworthiness.
- We cannot perform any service without first providing you a written contract that fully describes the services to be performed and their cost.
- You have the right to sue a credit repair organization that violates the Credit Repair Organizations Act. This law does not limit your right to seek damages under any other applicable law.
4. What We Deliver
A personalized, account by account credit analysis, prioritized by score impact, including direct creditor contact information, call scripts, dispute and goodwill letters, and a milestone timeline. Delivered within 48 hours of your credit report upload.
Everything in the DIY Roadmap, plus a 1-on-1 strategy call within 24 hours and ongoing guidance through the dispute process. Following your initial strategy call, we conduct monthly 1-on-1 check-in calls to review progress and adjust your dispute strategy as needed, for the duration of your engagement. Based on typical case complexity, we estimate most Done-With-You engagements resolve within approximately 10 months of purchase. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — actual time to resolution depends on the number and complexity of items being disputed, and on creditor and bureau response times outside our control. There is no additional charge beyond the initial fee for the duration of the engagement, including all monthly check-in calls.
5. What We Do Not Do
- We do not contact credit bureaus or creditors on your behalf as your legal representative.
- We do not remove accurate, verifiable negative information from your credit report. No legitimate service can.
- We do not guarantee a specific credit score or timeline for results.
6. Cancellation & Right to Cancel
You may cancel this agreement, without penalty or obligation, within 3 business days from the date you purchase, by emailing cliff@mycreditcleared.com. If you cancel within this window, any fee paid will be refunded in full within 5 business days.
7. Refund Policy (Outside the 3-Day Window)
The DIY Roadmap is a fixed-scope deliverable. Once your personalized roadmap has been delivered, the service is considered complete and is non-refundable.
For the Done-With-You Intensive, refunds are prorated based on what has been delivered. If you cancel before your 1-on-1 strategy call has taken place, the portion of the fee tied to undelivered services will be refunded. Once the strategy call has occurred, the engagement is considered underway and the fee is non-refundable.
8. Disputes
If you believe we have not delivered as promised, contact us first at cliff@mycreditcleared.com so we can resolve it directly.
9. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
